OUR POLICIES

Ordering and Shipping Procedures:

• Our minimum order is $500.00.
• EOS Jewelry International, LLC is a wholesaler of Sterling Silver Jewelry, and we are required to have our customers Tax ID on file.
• You become a member by clicking on the LOG IN button. Please provide us with requested information.
• UPS do not deliver to P.O. BOX, please make sure you provide us with the correct address.
• Orders are usually shipped with UPS Ground, unless specified request by customer.
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
• Back orders are held for 30 days and shipped upon availability of goods, unless instructed by customer, otherwise we will contact customer to make sure if  customer still need back order.
• Please note that some catalog items may not be available; however, we will make every effort to replenish our stock and send your orders quickly as possible. 

Payments:

• EOS Jewelry International, LLC accepts VISA, Master Card, and American Express Credit Cards,  also Bank Wire transfers.
• For Wire transfers please allow 3-5 banking days to verification of funds.
• 30-Day Credit is available upon approval of signed and completed credit application.
• Discount is available only for volume buyers.
